We are looking for a Multiskilled Operative to help with new influx of disrepairs and Kitchen works in the Cardiff area, who understand that we do a lot of work in people’s homes, and occupied sites we treat those valued customers in the same way we treat a much-respected family member – whilst also keeping them safe. The post holder will be a mobile operative and engineer that is responsible for responding to, and completing repairs as directed. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and other similar activities within domestic and other properties. You will utilise all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades as well as your excellent analytical skills in diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit to the property as much as possible.
The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, competent whilst working as a mobile operative, arranging and communicating daily with customers, administration staff and technical managers by means of telephone, email, and PDA applications.
