The Opportunity:
Cambria has several vacancies for Trade Operatives within our maintenance delivery teams.
As a Trade Operative you will be required to deliver a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.
You should have excellent practical plumbing and carpentry skills to complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment work alongside the ability to undertake wider general property maintenance work.
You will also participate in our 24/7 emergency call out service for which there is an additional payment.
You must also possess a current valid full driving licence (a company van is provided).
This is an exciting role where the work is varied, and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales and West Housing.

What You’ll Get In Return:
The rate of pay for this role is £14.66 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, (average earnings £30,492 per year).
