We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of three days in the Cardiff office and two days at home. There will be regular travel to our other offices In London and Manchester.
What you will be doing
In this role you will be working in a front-line customer facing role, working across complaints and third party oversight, this is a multi skilled role which involves supporting customers through the complaint process from investigation through to solution with the goal of always ensuring fair outcomes. This role will also involve outcome testing which requires an open mind set to do so successfully. You will be responsible for speaking with our customers and taking time to understand their situations, following up with sending written communication that aligns with internal policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
We are looking for somebody who can assess a case and make an informed and fair decision with their impartial judgement. If you are the type of person who can display empathy and understanding in complex situations and can thrive in a fast-paced working environment, we would love to hear from you. This role would be suitable for somebody who holds considerable knowledge of arrears, litigation processes, FCA DISP rules and the application of these within the financial services industry.
