The Deloitte executive compensation consulting practice advises and assists clients across various sectors and industries on all aspects of executive director, non-executive director, and senior management remuneration strategies in line with corporate objectives and governance requirements.

Our well-established integrated team includes remuneration, share plan, tax and accounting specialists, actuaries and lawyers. We provide advice on all aspects of director and senior management remuneration with expertise in all areas including design, implementation, investor relations, corporate governance, accounting, legal and tax. We can provide a “one stop shop” for all stages of reward design and implementation.

A vital element of our consulting practice is access to high quality data and research. The Cardiff Centre of Excellence's Executive Compensation Research Team is a small team of highly experienced researchers and data analysts, who collate, analyse and produce statistical reports and insights, focusing on the remuneration paid to the top executives in the UK’s leading companies.

As a member of our team, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Collecting and analysing board-level remuneration data for FTSE All-Share and FTSE AIM 100 companies, as well as selected non-UK companies.
  • Tracking the status of companies through the cycle of report publication through to AGM.
  • Research support to regional and NSE client teams.
  • Assisting in a detailed annual survey on remuneration for senior management roles in UK companies, followed by a report.
  • Circulating daily round-up of remuneration-related stories.
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
