Job Description

Join our Customer Data department as a Senior Data Analyst, supporting initiatives across customer operations.

Openings are available in:

Operations MI: Deliver reports on KPIs like answer rates, agent incentives, policy sales, and retention.

Contact MI: Enhance customer contact journeys, driving performance and optimizing costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Big Query, Looker, and SAS
  • Lead and foster the development of team members
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Prioritse and oversee team workload efficiently
  • Identify and implement enhancements in customer journeys
  • Present data in a clear and impactful manner
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with Big Query, Looker, and SAS
