We are looking for a Water Regulations Officer who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

As the Water Regulations Officer your key responsibilities are

• Enforcing non-conformances to ensure compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations.
• Inspecting non household and multi occupancy premises when required
• Assisting in delivering an audit and training programme to people undertaking fittings inspections 
• Providing technical support to assist the wider team
• Monitoring and managing the Water Regulations shared mailbox so that queries are responded to in a timely manner

About you

• Level 3 Certificate in Water Fittings Regulations Enforcement desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Confident in enforcing compliance
• Ability to maintain customer focussed
