Responsibilities Will Include (But Not Restricted To):

• Assisting the Cooks to prepare meals
• Undertake general kitchen duties including washing dishes and equipment.
• Complying with Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Infection Control legislation and standards
• Catering staff will be expected to work towards Food Hygiene and Allergens training level 2.
