An opportunity for an enthusiastic, individual who will be required to produce quality, nutritious meals. Duties will also include (but not limited to): assisting and supporting the Cook in Charge to organise work rotas and allocate staff duties.

Assist and support the Cook in Charge to maintain management information systems and undertake all clerical duties including order of supplies and stock control.
