Looking for a term time only role, Monday – Friday with plenty of time off over the weekends and school holidays?

We are currently recruiting a Roving Cook / Chef to join our team based in Cwmbran, NP44 4YZ

Perks Of The Job:

£12.75 per hour

25 hours per week, Monday – Friday - 5 hours per day - overtime available

39 working weeks out of the year, term time only

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards

Travelling from site to site to assist with chef duties

Supporting manager with stock takes and ordering

Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment

Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines

Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils

Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers

Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists

Experience:

DBS checks required

Full UK driving licence required

Previous experience as a cook or a similar role is required

E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
