1. Pen-y-Cwm Special School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join an enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff.
2. The purpose of the role is to support learners with complex needs in our 4 - 19 special school in Ebbw Vale.

Pen-y-Cwm Special School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join an enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff, to support learners with complex needs in our 4 – 19 special school in Ebbw Vale.

The post would suit someone with flexibility, enthusiasm and sensitivity, as well as an excellent understanding of ALN. The post holder must be prepared to support all learners across the whole age range.

Location: Pen Y Cwm Special School

Salary: Grade 4 - SCP 7-12 (£24,294 - £26,421 per annum/pro rata) - 32.5 Hours / 39 weeks per year (Term Time)

Contractual Status: Permanent
