The Head Teacher and Governing Body at Charles Williams Church in Wales Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated School Support Officer Level 4 (Grade 6). This will be a permanent post and will commence on or around 1 December 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter.
This is a unique opportunity to join a welcoming school community. As a School Support Officer, you will be one of the first points of contact for parents, children and visitors and it is essential that you have a calm, friendly manner and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure, developing and nurturing relationships with all our stakeholders, manage the administration team, and liaise with the site manager and senior leadership team.
The appointment process will involve an interview with the Headteacher and a member of the Governing Body and a task.

Working hours will be 37 hours per week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants. This will include an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
