Marshfield Primary School is seeking to appoint an administrator to join the school’s team. The successful candidate will work with all staff at our friendly and inclusive school to develop and provide high quality administrative support for staff, governors, parents and pupils. You should have a warm, friendly and professional approach to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with students, staff and members of our community. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Support staff are vital in helping every student achieve excellence and this role is no different. The ideal candidate will understand that they are the face of the school. They will be hard working, resilient, compassionate and eager to make a difference to the lives of our pupils.
In its most recent inspection Estyn stated that: ‘Marshfield Primary School is a stimulating learning environment, in which pupils thrive and make good progress…..they enjoy learning and have positive attitudes to school life.’
We continually strive to sustain high academic standards whilst developing a creative, learner-centred, skills-focused curriculum that is driven by the four purposes and inclusive of all learners.
The appointment is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025, but working term time only 08.30am to 3.30pm

Candidates will be shortlisted and invited for an interview, and a short 20 minute exercise in MS Word and MS Excel to demonstrate basic knowledge of the packages.
