The Federation of Holy Name & St Francis wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our highly capable and committed team in Holy Name School on a casual basis.

You will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the organisation and management of pupils and the classroom. 

A primary focus of this role will include initiating and implementing written plans for programmes of work and delivering Literacy and Numeracy intervention. Work may be carried out in the classroom or any other area of the school as required. 

You will need to be flexible, organised and have excellent communication skills. You will join us in an inclusive school which promotes excellence and has high expectations for all.

Welsh Language Skills Are Desirable: Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
