Payroll / Accounts Clerk - 12 Month FTC

1. Our client, a friendly firm based in Pontypool, is looking for a Payroll / Accounts Clerk to join them on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
2. You're responsible in Processing of Weekly Timesheets and Pension assessment via pension portal.
3. Prior experience of weekly payroll and Knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage Payroll is required for this position.

The company are busy and successful so there is potential for the role to be extended or made permanent for the right individual.

Duties:

• Sage 50 Accounts
• Monthly Statements
• Weekly Sage Payroll
• Processing of Weekly Timesheets
• Pension assessment via pension portal
• Administration
• Keyboard skills
• Enthusiastic, confident, conscientious with an eye for detail
• 12-month contract to commence January 2024

Key Skills:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
• Prior experience of weekly payroll
