What you will do
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Apprentice Instructor to be based from our Apprentice Training Academy in Port Talbot. The role will be expected to cover all South Wales sites in the delivery of training. Instructors are subject matter experts who are responsible for the design, & delivery, assessment and evaluation of high impact learning events (either directly and/or via third parties as appropriate).
Jobholders work in partnership with a range of internal &/or external stakeholders to ensure that training approaches are efficient and effective and meet business needs and/or the requirements of national qualification bodies, ensuring transfer of learning with optimum return on training investment. Working within the Apprentice Training team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to learners, providing a positive learner experience and ensuring the team KPI’s are met. Instructors are responsible for the delivery and assessment of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
