Job Description

Information and Intelligence Officer - NTSELAT

About The Role:

To collect, analyse and present team operational performance data to meet reporting requirements and to provide timely management information. To be responsible for database administration and ensure adherence to processes and legal protocols. To support projects within the team and assist in analysing intelligence and producing reports for use within the team and externally.

About You:

The Right Person Will:

  • Be willing and able to act on own initiative with a positive attitude to team working and to provide training to team members on updates to systems and additional developments.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work creatively and independently to manage and prioritise their workload with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and textually and to convey complex issues to colleagues and external organisations.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge and / or experience of equalities and diversity issues.

What You Will Do:

  • Collect, analyse and create reports based on the work of the team, using data and intelligence from internal and external sources.
  • Create intelligence products such as strategic objectives and control strategies.
  • Collate and report on the team’s data for key performance indicators
  • Undertake the full range of administration duties as requested by the team managers and project officers
  • Create and maintain a suitable filing system to keep records confidential, correct and up to date.
  • Check & validate purchase orders and payments in line with standing orders and financial regulations.

Location: TBC

Contracted Hours: 37 hours, Fixed term until 31/03/2025

Salary: Grade 8 Point 19 to Point 22 £29,777 to £31,364 per annum £15.43 to £16.25 per hour
