Job Description

What you will be doing

  • You will be providing specialist case management guidance to People managers and colleagues, including advising on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures and legislation.
  • You will be analysing and assessing employee relations situations such as, competence and capability, redeployment and redundancy including consultations, disciplinary cases and grievances, etc. This includes working with People Managers to consider the options and implications of managerial interventions in relation to these issues.

What you will need-

  • You will need to have experience of delivering an efficient and effective HR service with relevant qualifications. CIPD Level 5 or working towards
  • The ability to work effectively in partnership with colleagues, stakeholders and other external contacts, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • To work with a collaborative style that engages people at all levels and promotes positive relationships throughout the organization and its partners.
  • Personal and professional credibility that will command confidence
  • Full clean driving license with access to a car and willing to travel as required
