Recruitment Advisor

Hybrid with Cardiff Base

What you will be doing-

• Ensuring we offer an engaging, effective and consistent candidate experience
• Supporting hiring managers in recruitment campaigns, writing adverts and utilising social media
• Headhunting prospective candidates
• Administer the candidate process using ATS system from advert to onboarding, RTW checks and referencing.
• Attend job fairs and networking events

What you will need-

• Enthusiasm and drive
• Sound working knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice
• Attention to detail and sound administration skills
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise
• CIPD level 3 is desirable
• Car driver and willing to attend meetings and events.
