About The Role:
Post is a 21 hour per week Support Worker
Working to a six-week rolling rota subject to change to meet needs of the service.
There is a requirement to work shifts day and evenings also weekends and Bank Holidays.
You will be supporting Adults who have a Learning Disability to manage their own home as to the principal responsibilities detailed in the Job description.
