We are looking for a qualified multi skilled Joiner to NVQ Level 2 and above to join our in-house, working across the Responsive, Planned maintenance and Refurbishment teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and the ability to work independently on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The post is within the Response Repairs Section of Housing Department, which is responsible for maintaining 11,044 council houses and is staffed by approximately 200 employees. The post is responsible for carrying out repairs, improvement works and refurbishments as required to Wrexham’s council house stock. The post at times will be expected to work as part of teams covering work on tenancy repairs, vacant properties, capital programmes and be flexible to work between teams as workloads and service demands.
